Declan definitely got the more nomadic tendencies of his parents but without their same reasoning. He likes seeing new places and doesn't really care how long he stays anywhere. Truthfully, he gets bored and antsy if he's in one place for too long.

That being said, he understands why that lifestyle is not good for his brother and is very supportive of Luke's choices. He makes it a point to visit him fairly regularly just to make sure he's doing alright, but he tends to prefer larger cities as a whole.

While he's got magic abilities, he doesn't use them much. He just generally prefers to use them as a last resort sort of thing.

Max goes to Declan occasionally for recreational drugs because not a lot of people can help a vampire get high, but he’s found a way. They’ve also been high together once or twice.

Declan and Teyo have worked together on a few occasions, mostly because Declan is terrified to say no to the wolf. Teyo knows that Declan can get his hands on just about anything, so the arrangement works well for one of them.
