How to Be a Minimalist I think a lot of us suffer the same conflict within ourselves. We want to have less clutter in our lives, yet we can’t help buying more stuff. We spend time and money and resources acquiring the stuff, and then we spend more time, money and resources trying to declutter. There are books and apps and products, TV shows and even online courses (clutter, clutter, clutter!) that help us to declutter. It is no wonder that there is a growing number of people who crave the minimalist lifestyle. They get rid of most of their belongings, keeping only the essentials. They limit their wardrobe to only a few pieces of clothing. They even get rid of the virtual stuff, like social media accounts and other digital clutter. Most of us aren’t able to take it that far, especially if we live with family members who may not be on board with the pursuit of minimalism. And so the cycle continues. We clutter up our lives, then we declutter. Clutter up our lives, then declutter… #minimalism #minimalist #minimalisthome #minimalistlifestyle #declutter #declutteryourlife #declutteryourmind #homeorganization #consumerism #onlineshopping #shopping #amazonprime #primeday #howto #sparkjoy #mariekondo (at Minimalist Home) https://www.instagram.com/p/CQfVV1hntX8/?utm_medium=tumblr
