Full day of eating keto! - Breakfast (not pictured) was two fat bombs and blueberry raspberry zip fizz. - Lunch was celery with bacon ranch cheddar dip, primal kitchen ceaser dressing, and grilled chicken strips. I'm a little concerned that this dip is reacting poorly with my body. I'm going to be cutting it out to see. - Dinner was a bacon wrapped filet topped with butter, bacon wrapped asparagus, a fat bomb, and my keto chocolate pudding. - Okay so my fasting blood glucose was better today than yesterday. My hb and hct are still lower than I've been normally. But...my ketones are lower still? This is why I think something funky is going on with that dip. I definitely felt not great today. I got hungry way quicker than usual after my two fat bombs for breakfast (a bad sign for my keto progress) and after I ate lunch I got hungry super quick again. I guess we will see how tomorrow's numbers pan out! - My macros were hit really well today.
