My Daily Quarantine Routine
Here’s what a full day of eating looks like for me on most days! I prefer eating three larger meals, with 1-2 snacks in between (just depends how I feel on the day)..but lots of micronutrient rich foods, at least 120flOz of water, and things that TASTE GOOD 🙌🏻 - breakfast: spinach, mushrooms, turkey sausage crumbles, tomatoes & egg white omelette with @vansfoods blueberry waffles. THE BEST gf waffles out there. - lunch: giant warm kale salad with roasted chick peas, cherry tomatoes, bbq chicken thighs & Japanese sweet potatoes. - pre workout snack: @siggisdairy with two crumbled @alyssascookies on top - dinner: wild boar burger on a pretzel bun, topped with a fried egg, @goveggiefoods cheddar, and some jellyfish jelly 🤣🤣 (kidding it’s the jam I posted the other day) I also had a bowl of oatmeal before bed..been doing that for years and it’s my favorite bedtime snack that keeps me full through the night! I don’t follow a specific “diet” or restrict things. If I want to have something, I will have it. 5/20/18 #fulldayofeating. I woke up this morning with the lowest fasting blood sugar ready I've ever had. That's pretty cool ☺️. - For breakfast I had cream cheese, a half of a serving of macadamia nuts, and some pepperoni snack bites. Let me tell you.....measuring and eating only a half of a serving of macadamia nuts is not easy 😳. I wanted more so bad but I stayed true lol. - For my second meal I brought a packed lunch to my grandma's house. My family went over to celebrate my sisters birthday and they all had icecream cake and chicken pot pie. Instead I had turkey meatballs, cream cheese, asparagus, bacon bits, and mushrooms heated up into a delicious melty mess. I also had 2 fat bombs instead of cake. - Meal 3 I didn't have any carbs left so basically ate #carnivoreketo. I did a full day of eating since I was at home all day today! ------ Breakfast: an apple, a pear, blackberries, and pecans Snack: turkey pepperonis, pretzel thins, and peanut butter Lunch: romaine lettuce with light Italian dressing, mushrooms, carrots, and cucumbers Snack: celery with whipped cream cheese Dinner: spicy roasted veggie mac and cheese (we tried a new recipe, it was pretty meh)

Full day of eating keto! - Breakfast (not pictured) was two fat bombs and blueberry raspberry zip fizz. - Lunch was celery with bacon ranch cheddar dip, primal kitchen ceaser dressing, and grilled chicken strips. I'm a little concerned that this dip is reacting poorly with my body. I'm going to be cutting it out to see. - Dinner was a bacon wrapped filet topped with butter, bacon wrapped asparagus, a fat bomb, and my keto chocolate pudding. - Okay so my fasting blood glucose was better today than yesterday. My hb and hct are still lower than I've been normally. But...my ketones are lower still? This is why I think something funky is going on with that dip. I definitely felt not great today. I got hungry way quicker than usual after my two fat bombs for breakfast (a bad sign for my keto progress) and after I ate lunch I got hungry super quick again. I guess we will see how tomorrow's numbers pan out! - My macros were hit really well today. I did 15/15 carbs, 73/72 protein, and 156/155 fat. - If you guys have any keto/intermittent fasting questions at all comment them below! I'm going live with Dr Eric berg this weekend. My food today (minus my lunch). Breakfast I had half of an energy drink with hard salami cream cheese sandwiches. I didn't take a picture of my lunch because it sort of became an absolute mess in my lunch box this morning 😂. I had a chicken thigh with lc thousand island dressing, 3 pickle spears, and a lc keto cheesy biscuit. For dinner I had wings 😍.
