So, Agrippa binged Wandee Goodday and then stumbled over some pictures of the leads cosplaying the Untamed. And because I just also bringe read the MDZS nobel, I felt- for the first time in ages - truly inspired. Also I really wanted to give Grandma Zidian, because the coolest weapon for the coolest character.

Okay, but what if we get Dee pulling Yak close and whispering "Yak... I think... I love you" at his boxing match, the same way Yak did to Dee at the hospital ball?

It could be! But I think this one has to be big. I think it has to be Dee shouting it at the boxing match, tbh. Yak has been clear about his feelings and has not hesitated and his whisper made sense in the situation. But Dee has been the one this entire time holding back. Dee has been the one hesitating. So Dee has to have the bigger declaration. Dee has to be big. He has to be proud. He has to say how much this means.

Dee has to be clear because he's been the one muddying the water this entire time with his insecurities.

Also because Dee yelling 'I love you, Yak, you can do it!' would be goddamn beautiful. Brave and proud and finally embracing the love he's been so unsure about for so long.
