I kinda beg people to stop with the whole 'Ohkubo said Soma were platonic' since it doesn't even talk about the full context of the interview including the most crucial part: he was primarily talking about steinmarie, not soma specifically.
I know it's fun to joke about it but it had grown to be an outright misinformation recently, since now it had morphed into 'Ohkubo hates soma and don't want people to ship it' when he never actually talked about soma as a ship AT ALL. We literally DON'T KNOW what he even thinks of the ship aside from not minding people making ship art of them.
The only ships he ever referred to specifically in an interview is steinmarie (which Ironically, was to try to debunk it. And we know how it went) and OxKim. So I wish we could stop overreacting over this thing when the interview technically became bullshit anyway. Just take that ship tease he clearly put up there because he knew what he was doing and stop feeling guilty over it. And stop feeding antis fuel jezus
