By the way, PTSD flashbacks aren't always "suddenly you're in the moment again". They can be of course but emotional flashbacks are a kind of flashback too (remembering the event and suddenly feeling the emotions you felt in the event) just in case someone needed to hear it

A concept I don’t think I see explored enough is the aftermath of a time loop. Like sometimes you see it in outsider povs where a character is clingy or something similar but it rarely goes beyond that. Sure how they’re gonna behave towards other characters will change but so will their attitude towards the universe.

I feel like there’s always a hopeless/manic stage in a loop, you’re telling me none of those mannerisms stuck? They don’t sometimes act without fear of consequences due to not having had them for so long? They don’t run across busy roads forgetting there’s a chance they might get hit and really die? They don’t respond to a pattern that no longer exists acting on long gone information? No one comes here between 1-3 we’ll be fine, but the cycle is broken and people are free to move. The cycle is broken. The pattern is gone. You are still apart of the loop. You have lived so much of your life in it, defined by it, that your brain has to be retaught its assumptions about how people will live their lives around you.

Even the most mundane loop, nobody died in your arms in any iteration you will be changed. I want to see that so bad.

Showdown Bandit Liveblog Pt. 1

Meowdy howdy! So, right now, I'm playing the new game from Kindly Beast Studios, and I feel like I should document my experiences thus far. A bit of a spoiler warning for these!

- First off, I gotta say, Miss Undertaker may I please hold your hand you're so pretty;;;

- Ah, taking a gun off of my own corpse. This is a delightful, kid-friendly game.

- Mr Banker man? Amazing. 10/10 would give gentle smooch.

- I've started collecting some clues... it looks like the valley started losing people. To what or whom I'm unsure, but things are closing down, people are disappearing, and not even the birds are singing.

- Is everyone aware they're puppets? That would make sense given the rules, but it feels odd to me that they know someone's controlling their actions from above. This is why omnipotent gods freak me out.

- Oh! Little lady! She sounds like Fluttershy with her singing and little 'yay!' I like this one! I've known her for five seconds, but if anything happens to her, I'm shooting everyone with this cork gun and then myself.

- WHAT THE FUCK REAPER MAN??? WHOMST??? WHY DO YOU COME AFTER ME MENACINGLY??????

- New outfit! Oh dear god it looks like the Bandit sells drugs. I do not want this drug-dealer Bandit. This is a children's show for fuck's sake.

- What. What the hell. Is that a big-ass puppet. It's huge. I could physically hug it with my entire arms and it would eat my head. Put that thing back where it came from or so help me

- Note from Davy saying something about Araknits? Adorable pun, but I know exactly what those are and I am not prepared to face them.

- I've heard the warning sirens thrice now and it now activates my fight or flight instinct. Dear god I hope this guy is on my side.

No matter how you experience systemhood you're valid btw. communication levels, origins, headcount, headspace or lack thereof, terms, it literally doesn't matter. If you have ANY specific habit that makes you think, "do systems really do this? am I faking?" then chances are, no. Because no matter how you experience it, if you are multiple entities within one being, you are plural. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
