Unlike many other “Oude” variations of beers out there, this beaut still kept its distinct cherry notes. La Triple d'Anvers, brassée par De Koninck, s'est parfaitement accordée ce midi avec la carbonade flamande 😋 Forte (8°) comme il se doit pour une triple mais à l'alcool discret, elle propose de beaux arômes. Le nez légèrement vanillé de levures et d'épices laisse la place en bouche à la réglisse et au caramel. Le tout avec une belle longueur sans être écrasante. J'aime !
