Keio Line Trains in Japan

Rant time. There's always a delay in the Keio line, always unreported. Why? The special express trains always wait past their depart time from Chofu, so they can take passengers from the local or rapid trains. My motto is this. BREAKING NEWS: DENMARK TAKEN BY STORM

As everyone from Denmark will have told you by now, yesterday... Was windy. Trains today were delayed, cancelled, their routes entangled, station roofs missing; Everything was a lot slower then the usual (I guess decent) standard. As I got out of the first 30 minutes delayed train to find the second train replaced, the promise of several changes en route, I deducted that I would not be able to make it to today's lecture.
