This creamy garlic and pancetta spaghetti recipe is a treat for pasta lovers. The rich cream, the salty pancetta, and the fragrant garlic all work together to make a delicious experience that will make your taste buds happy.
Ingredients: 300g spaghetti. 100g pancetta, diced. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tablespoons butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, cook diced pancetta over medium heat until crispy. Remove pancetta from skillet and set aside, leaving the rendered fat in the skillet. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and butter until melted and creamy. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss until evenly coated with the creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a splash of pasta cooking water to loosen it up. Serve hot, garnished with crispy pancetta and fresh parsley. Enjoy!
