I haven’t read a lot of fics on that theme but my favorite one so far is world and time enough by Della19. I wouldn’t describe it as a pregnancy or baby!fic, per se, but those aspects are present. 10/10 definitely recommend.

My thoughts:
I have a love/hate relationship with Omegaverse, I truly think there is a fine line between a good fanfic and a horrible one in this universe, and it's all about the way the author portrays their view of this subject. I've read some distasteful ones that had put a warning sign in my brain every time I see the A/B/O tag, and I took a risk with this fanfic. I told myself that if there is a fanfom where I can read Omegaverse and expect the worst, it's the Hannigram one, you know, toxic and cannibalistic as it is. I'm really glad I read it, and I loved how Will manipulated everything to get what he wanted, well...who he wanted. And the interludes were fascinating. I applaud the author for creating such an amazing fanfic. However, as a Chilean, I can say that quoting Pablo Neruda is a no-no for me. That man was a horrible person, and I cannot separate art from artist on this one. Please stop using Neruda as a romantic inspiration. That man was a monster that doesn't deserve to defile the perfection that is a good fanfic. He did enough defiling on his own when he was alive. Anyway, I have strong opinions about Omegaverse and Neruda, look at that.

This is just... I really love this. This is such an interesting and fun way to go about saving Harry. And I really enjoyed that they got to be closer in age and they manages to make Eggsy’s love for Harry (even a younger Harry) not all that weird. It’s sweet and I love how everything gets resolved.
