Back to Basic. Quando ti alleni con i fondamentali non sbagli mai, qualunque siano i tempi o le mode resteranno sempre gli esercizi più importanti per sviluppare non solo l’ipertrofia ma anche il controllo e la postura.. questo perché nel metodo “old school” non si fa altro che enfatizzare la biomeccanica di ognuno di noi eseguendo dei movimenti più “liberi” vincolati solamente da quella che è l’anatomia delle articolazioni coinvolte. E’ importante quindi partire da una buona base di forza e controllo prima di poter spingere su esercizi come squat o distensioni sopra la testa, è proprio quest ultimo se fatto in piedi non coinvolgerà solamente il deltoide, ma anche tutti quei muscoli stabilizzatori e fissatori che altrimenti con una macchina convergente sarebbero attivati solo in parte. Ecco perché con i fondamentali anche se isoliamo sempre un determinato gruppo muscolare, stiamo comunque lavorando in sinergia con tanti altri distretti... e questo maggior coinvolgimento si traduce in una maggior risposta neuromuscolare volta alla crescita. Never underestimate the importance of the dumbbell shrugs. This exercise can be extremely useful for thousands of reasons and not only to show off bigger upper traps through your shirt. First off, this exercise can help to relieve muscle tension in your neck by activating all the synergies between delts and upper back to control better the movement of the shoulder blades.. when these muscles are strengthened through exercise, you will have an easier time maintaining proper posture. A strong trapezius pulls your shoulders back and helps stabilize your neck and upper back. Everyday movement are more efficient and safer when the trapezius is toned and strong and it also help you with other lifting exercise, such as Deadlift.
