macumbista - Vector Synthesis: Audible Spomenik Triptych (sketch)
SKETCHES for VECTOR SYNTHESIS [2017][HD720] from macumbista on Vimeo.
The VECTOR SYNTHESIS project is an audiovisual, computational art project using entirely analog synthesis and vector graphics display techniques to investigate the direct relationship between sound+image. Driven by the waveforms of an analog synthesizer, the vertical and horizontal movements of a single beam of light trace shapes, points and curves with infinite resolution, opening a hypnotic window into the process by which the performed sound is created.

Derek Holzer--Circuit Bending & Beyond: Build Your Own Instrument by Maren Sextro
Filmmmaker Maren Sextro created this portrait of me for Groove.de in May 2012. Together, we visited the flea market and my studio, and spoke about my approach to sound, performance, "circuit bending" (a term I rarely use to describe my own constructions), DIY electronics and self-education.
SoundTransit is a collaborative, online community dedicated to field recording and phonography. SoundTransit is still available on the web after being forced to close, end of 2010, due to the high rent imposed by The Waag Society in Amsterdam, who physically hosted the server. Now SoundTransit has been relaunched with the help of Turbulence.org
You can book your transit on http://turbulence.org/soundtransit/
