The Vulcana Regar 1000 is a 1,000-kilometer race across one of the planet’s harshest environments. In 2381, Terran Starfleet Captain Jean-Luc Picard set a new record for completing the race in under 27 hours using an unmodified Starfleet all-terrain ground vehicle.

The pair defeated a field of 185 starters as well as outlasting the viciously rugged 898.40-mile race course that was the longest in the history of Baja loop races.
