8.2.25 recent pictures of me studying for the LSAT;; this test is so draining and this is coming from someone who generally enjoys reading and standardized tests 😭
11.06.2025 // t-2 to the november lsat!
i’ve had a couple more study sessions in the past week, and i’m not sure if i actually feel more prepared for test day? but consistency and habits are key… and i’ve been trying to avoid overloading myself right before the test, so. we’ll see…
another recommendation for the lsat friends: last time i rec’ed ellen cassidy’s The Loophole, and today i am rec’ing the LSAT Dragon LR Perfection. god that’s a good one. i wish i got it so much sooner!! it’s such a huge help…
excited and terrified to be done with this test! this will be my last time i’m taking it, so. yay…
(I thought I had the above text copied out to post here, and forgot that I'd taken a screenshot of it because I have the mind of a slow loris sometimes...what I had copied out was this: Dying in a foreign nation's war to own the libs.)
Remember, under every furry mask is someone, and they're usually doing something else than being a furry all the goddamn time. Unless they are independently wealthy, then that might really be their thing.
Seriously doe, good luck on the LSATs. Hope you are taking a Kaplan course even though those can be mondo pricey.

guess who’s back to studying! my lsat course is ending soon, which means that i’ll be studying on my own soon, while balancing my job too. fingers crossed i can do well in time for october !

So another update is that I'm planning on going to law school to become an environmental lawyer!
It won't be for another two to three years as we'd like to have one more baby after this one, but I'm making moves now to make sure it happens.
I registered to take the LSAT in August today. I took my first practice test on Friday and scored a 166. While I'd like to increase it, it is very likely a good enough score to get into the school I plan on attending (their 75th percentile score is a 162).
I'll continue to receive my paycheck from teaching through the end of August, so I'll be able to keep Sweet Potato in daycare in addition to Lovebug until then so that I can study consistently.
It feels really good to be taking these concrete steps towards pursuing my dreams 💛
LSAT study logging day 7
i took 1 full lsat exam today, which took 2 hours-ish! I also met with my lsat tutor for the 4th time and went over the logical reasoning sections i did (particularly in the conclusions and disputes category!)
is anyone else looking around at *gesticulates wildly* and strongly considering sitting the next LSAT
