Ingredients: 2 cups fresh strawberries, diced. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 teaspoon lemon juice. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup powdered sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup angel food cake, diced. 1/2 cup chocolate shavings. 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted.
Instructions: Put diced strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a bowl and mix them together. For 15 minutes, let it soak. Whip the heavy cream in a different bowl until soft peaks form. After adding the vanilla extract and powdered sugar, keep whipping until stiff peaks form. Add the angel food cake pieces slowly to the whipped cream mixture. Put the strawberry mixture first in the serving jars, then the cake and cream mixture. Do it again and again until the jar is full. Put shaved chocolate and toasted sliced almonds on top of each jar. Put it in the fridge for at least an hour before you serve it. Enjoy the tasty Valentine's Day Strawberry Parfait when it's cold!

This Maple Sweet Potato Casserole in a Jar is a delightful gluten-free treat that captures the flavors of fall. Creamy mashed sweet potatoes are layered with a crunchy oat and pecan topping, all sweetened with maple syrup for a comforting dessert or side dish.
Ingredients: 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup coconut milk. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats. 1/4 cup chopped pecans. 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted. 2 tablespoons maple syrup.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Put mashed sweet potatoes, maple syrup, coconut milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl. Combine well. Melt the coconut oil and maple syrup in a different bowl. Then, mix the rolled oats, chopped pecans, and them all together well. Put half of the sweet potato mix into each of four 8-ounce mason jars. Put some of the oat-pecan mixture on top of each jar. On top of the oat-pecan layer, add the rest of the sweet potato mixture. Put the jars on a baking sheet and bake in a hot oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the food is hot all the way through and the topping is golden brown. A delightful Peach Cobbler Parfait served in individual mason jars, combining the sweetness of fresh peaches with the crunch of granola and the creaminess of vanilla yogurt.
Ingredients: 2 cups fresh peaches, diced. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1 tsp cinnamon. 1 cup granola. 1 cup vanilla yogurt. 1/2 cup whipped cream. Mint leaves for garnish.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix diced peaches with brown sugar and cinnamon. Let it sit for 10 minutes to macerate. In mason jars, layer the bottom with the peach mixture. Add a layer of granola on top of the peaches in each jar. Spoon a layer of vanilla yogurt over the granola. Repeat the layers until the jar is filled, ending with a dollop of whipped cream on top. Garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.

Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl with a whisk. Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar in another bowl until it is light and fluffy. Adding the eggs one at a time and mixing them in is the next step. The dry ingredients should be mixed in first, then the milk. The dry ingredients should be mixed in last. Add the lemon zest and juice and mix well. The diced strawberries should be added slowly. Fill up each mason jar about halfway with batter and spread it out evenly. After the oven is hot, bake it for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Wait a few minutes before putting the lids on the jars to seal the cupcakes. When it's completely cool, you can decorate it with your favorite frosting or just eat it plain. For extra flavor and presentation, don't forget to add more lemon zest and strawberry slices as a garnish.

Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and stir into the cream cheese mixture. Layer the chocolate cheesecake mixture over the crust in the jars. Top with halved cherries and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Before serving, add a dollop of whipped cream on top.
