Ingredients: 1 box red velvet cake mix. Ingredients required for cake mix eggs, oil, water. 2 cups cream cheese, softened. 1 cup powdered sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 cups heavy whipping cream. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 cup crushed chocolate cookies. 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced. 1/2 cup white chocolate chips. Mint leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the box to make red velvet cake. After the cake has cooled, break it up into little pieces. Beat the cream cheese in a bowl until it's smooth. Mix in the vanilla extract and powdered sugar until everything is well mixed. Whip the heavy cream and sugar together in a different bowl until stiff peaks form. Add the whipped cream slowly to the cream cheese mixture. Put the cream cheese mixture, crushed chocolate cookies, sliced strawberries, and white chocolate chips in jars one on top of the other. Add more layers until the jars are full, and then put a dollop of the cream mixture on top to finish. Add mint leaves as a garnish. Put it in the fridge for at least two hours before you serve it.
