I MEAN SHE'S ACTUALLY PRETTY OKAY IN TERMS OF COLORING AND EFFECTS, BUT LIKE, HOW DO YOU TELL IF SOMEONES USING A BASE CAUSE I JUST GET THIS VIBE FROM HER DRAWINGS THAT SHES USING A BASE.
