DEVIL TIGER CHARMS AT LONG LAST
First Excellency of the Exultant Queen She is magnanimous and divine, the queen who sits upon a throne of the bones of those who failed her. She is mad and conflicted, hurling insults to her beloved worshippers and crooning love-ballads to the hateful who spurn her. To worship her is to know that divinity is eternal and limitless, to deny her is to cling to grandeur and self-worship. Even the incarna must recognise her divine ascension to cosmic-world-foundation. Those who praise her have breath replaced with sweet incense and joyous rapture- those who deny her are choked on acidic miasma and crushed by meaningless actions. This excellency may be used to enhance any action that punishes those who overstep their boundaries or deny their greatness. It may supplement any action taken to please those who hate the infernal or to harm those who love her. Finally, it may add to any action to take advantage of status that harms those below in the organization.
Sorcerous Enlightenment of The Exultant Queen To be Divine is to know the world and claim dominion over it. To be worshipped is to know effortless use of one's nature. Use of her initiation reduces the mote cost of spells that alter or make use of the natural laws of the universe by five motes and one willpower. Examples include making stone flow like water, reversing the pull of gravity or increasing friction to the point of immobility. Spells that alter aspects of the caster- such as invulnerable skin of bronze- are uncastable with this enlightenment.
Necromantic Enlightenment of the Exultant Queen To die does not escape the grasp of prayer- in fact, the underworld is where the Queen makes much of her trade. Against any being of death who has a cult, the infernal may reduce the cost of her necromancy spells by 5m and 1wp, provided her cult is greater than his. This effect is automatic against beings of death with an essence score two lower than her own. Any being of death with a higher cult rating adds his essence to resist her spells. Abyssal exalted, deathlords, neverborn and any other beings the story teller deems fit are immune to this effect.
Exultant Queen Mythos Exultant The endless nourishing acid and hungry soil of the Queen's world body extend their impossibility to the infernal's actions. The infernal can opt to forsake stunt dice and take them away from the next action of any character in eyesight, or gift them.
The Exultant Urge- The urge to Bask The Exultant Queen is a divine foundation, upon which all of the prayers uttered must travel. To those who would traffic upon her body without revering the road they soil, only death and ruin waits. The exultant urge is the urge to be recognised, to be afforded the power and respect due to one of their station- even if only the infernal believes they are worthy. High Compassion Exultants are gracious queens whose breath gives their worshippers sweet release and whose blood falls unto a forest. They are magnanimous and beautific- all they ask for is to be loved High Temperance Exultants are distant and uncaring deities made flesh, who give only that which their inferiors deserve. They are remote and uncaring- only those who afford them their dues will survive High Conviction Exultants are deities of thunder and fire, immediate forces of the universe who demand to be praised in blood. They are the drumbeat in the blood and fear in the night, the craving to be adored- deny them and taste your own flesh High Valor Exultants are desperate to be praised- they are the old gods who wage bloody war out of refusal to be crushed under new religion. These are the howling, slavering gods who consume prayers and scream in the dark for more
Exultant Torment When a character with an Exultant Torment reaches ten points of limit, their very essence lashes out in a desperate attempt to prove their divinity and right to exist. For the next 25 hours, the infernal's peripheral essence pool splits, with a full 40% going into a pool they cannot reach. These motes effectively spend themselves on random sorcery spells or sorcerous charms, regardless of the infernal's knowledge of them. This magic always poses significant threats to mortals and lesser supernatural beings. Anytime an act or symbol of worship is seen that is not directed at the infernal, the entire mote pool is spent on an effect that lashes out at the object or person in question, dealing (essence) soakable lethal damage at minimum and destroying all objects in (essence) meters with the magical materials taking (essence) dice of damage. This is a blasphemy effect.
Anima Power of the Exultant Queen The Queen is divine and glorious, a beacon of righteous subjugation. By channeling 10 motes, the infernal may add her essence a post roll successes to any unnatural mental influence effects made to promote servitude to herself. For only five motes, she may extend the insane laws of the Queen's world soul to her surroundings, reducing the cost of sorcery or necromancy for essence x2 ticks by essence motes, to a minimum of 10-essence.
