I'm working on a commission of Cassie from Hack/Slash. This was a very fun character to draw, especially with her eclectic goth style. She does NOT care if her clothes match, or if anyone else has an opinion about it either. For anyone who doesn't know, this is actually a great comic. It's the story of the daughter of a serial killer and a partner who is the sweetest person ever to look like Jason Voorhees and their quest to rid the world of killer maniacs. First colored pic for the Devil's Due series, and I'm proud with how this turned out. I've been trying to figure out water effects as I keep doing drawings involving it. I decided to keep Bendy and Alice white for this, since they are suppose to be toons from ye olde era.

The summer heat for this year was quite hot. People were going to either the beach or the public pools every weekend, which made it hard for the cartoon trio to join in on the fun, since many places would be overcrowded. The last thing the three wanted to do was to make the overcrowding much worst, especially with how big and far along Alice Angel was with the legion. Boris the Wolf managed to find a spot for the three of them at the public pool. He sets their beach bag down onto a chair, and then laid on the other and puts his arms up. "Aren't you going to come swim with Bendy and I?" Alice asked. "You know how the saying goes- Wait half an hour after eating before swimming!" Boris said, and quickly reaches into the bag to grab himself a towel to lay on his face. "But we ate almost two hours ago..." Bendy said with slight annoyance, but it falls on deaf ears as the little devil and angel hear snoring and watch the towel open and close with each breath the wolf takes. Alice finally broke the snoring with a little giggling. "That's alright. You and I can take a quick swim. The snack bar will be open in a bit and he'll be right up." she said. "He has a good nose for sniffing out food." Bendy replied, and follows Alice to the pool. Bendy was very quick to find the deep end of the pool and cannonball into it, which made quite a splash that hit a few people around the area. He swims back up to the surface and spits the water out from his mouth. His eyebrows arched in surprise as he sees that Alice has to take her time with getting in. The angel takes a hold of the railing for the steps, and with careful balance- she gets herself sitting on the edge of the pool. Bendy quickly swims over so he could be closer as she finally gets herself to slip in all the way, which makes some waves thanks to her gravid middle. "Sorry for not helping you down..." Bendy said, looking a bit guilty. "That's alright." Alice said, and lightly splashes Bendy with a grin. "It has gotten harder to move around some. I don't want to slow you and Boris down." Bendy raised his hand as he was splashed, and smiled his signature grin. "You can never slow Boris and I down! No matter how big you get!" he replied, and returns the splashing. The angel and little devil start to splash each other as they swim a bit around the pool. After less than a minute, the two stop and float a bit in place. Alice looked relaxed now, while Bendy couldn't help but look down at her belly, which was contained in the yellow polka-dot swimsuit. He couldn't help but think about how many swimsuits she had gone through now, and how long Alice had been away from him and Boris. "Are you feeling alright, Alice?" Bendy asked. "Hm?" she looks to Bendy with a questioning look. "Now that we're in some cool water, I feel great! Are you still worried?" "Well, yeah... Do you have any idea when you'll have them?" Bendy pointed to Alice's belly, which made Alice look down at it. "I don't... The Ink Demon can't give me a due date either." she replied, and looks up at Bendy as he looks a bit worried. "Don't worry, Bendy. I'm fine, and will be through the rest of this pregnancy." she smiled a bit, and starts to swim away from him so she could get her water exercises in. It was always nice to get the weight off her back. It didn't last too long, however, as Bendy suddenly started to splash around in place. "Wait! I can't swim!" he said, looking to Alice with an innocent look on his face. "Oh, really?" she asked, smiling a bit slyly as she comes back over to Bendy. She extended her hand out to him. "Do you only know how to swim when I'm close?" "Of course!" Bendy replied, and took Alice's hand with both of his. "Don't let go, then!" she replied back, and slowly builds up speed for Bendy to start kicking his legs. She guides the little devil around the pool, and makes sure no one is around them, though like the devil he is- Bendy still splashed people, and would make sure to make as big of a splash as possible around them. Boris's snoring suddenly stopped, when he could smell food cooking from the snack bar. The towel slides off his face as he licks his lips. He goes over to the pool and calls out to the two. "You two want to eat anything? My treat!"

Bendy and Boris were not having the best of luck. After the Ink Demon took Alice Angel away from them, they had to tell their boss at the club they worked at why they were missing a member of their group. The boss didn’t think about it for a minute and fired the two. He kicked them out through the back with their instruments and closed the door. Now jobless, the two didn’t have any clues where they could work. The two sat on a bench at the street corner. “Maybe we can go to another club and work there.” Bendy suggested, looking at the sad-looking Boris. “No doubt all clubs in a 20 mile radius have been told about our missing singer.” Boris muttered. “Or 20 cities worth of clubs.” Bendy sighed, and puts his head in his hands. He looked down at the street as he spoke again. “Who would give a wolf and a devil a chance to work? We were lucky enough to get what we got because of Alice.” “And we can’t lose our apartment. Alice is going to be so worried if we end up on the streets.” Boris added, and suddenly started to smell oil, like someone either was spilling or pouring some. “I doubt that Ink Demon would let us stay with her if that happens.” Bendy muttered. While the little devil kept his eyes on the pavement, Boris turned his head to see where that smell was coming from, and saw the building behind him. M & O’S CAR GARAGE AND DEALERSHIP The black words on the white background was perfect for catching eyes in the daytime, as Boris has a thought cross his mind. He gets up from the bench and checks the storefront. NOW HIRING The small sign was plastered on a window, and the wolf went inside. It took Bendy a few moments to realize that Boris wasn’t next to him, and went to quickly look for him. It didn’t take him too long to find his friend in the shop, talking to a couple men at the front desk. It didn’t take too long for Boris to get a handshake from the men, and was surprised to see Bendy in the shop. “Hey little buddy! I got the job here!” the wolf said happily. “I start tomorrow at nine!” That was one problem solved. Somewhat.
