May I present y’all…BAD BATCH PARENTS !!!

It’s a lil common hc that the batch could have extra DNA from other species to get their abilities, I like that hc so much! I just go a lil deeper~

Chosen by hand from Jango Fett, less common species in the galaxy for the unique experiment by Nala Se. An old friend, two known reliable folk and a new, odd and powerful friend.

While Ashar and Dex didn’t have much thoughts about handing over their DNA for experimental clones, but “Ono” and Tay did.

Quite unfortunate, the kaminoans not allowing them to interact with their clone children, but after all…the mysterious “Ono” could. Very often sneaking in the nursery, with a very reliable cute ally named Omega to help out, and sometimes visit his big headed bestie.

Now…what’s Ono?…well, it should be so obvious if you follow me. Good ol’ pal, Sebastian Michaelis, the former Phantomhive butler…more info, here.

Title: The Nursemaid

Warnings: fluffy family stuff.

A/N: I warned the epilogue would be tiny, I hope the pacing feels very adjacent to the show. ONTO BOBA FETT AND MANDO SEASON 3, may it spawn many more things.

Epilogue: The Bed

Din didn't want the Dark Saber. He certainly had never given thought to being the Mand’alor. But now...it allowed for some peace. Some quiet. He got to rebuild communities. He got to have a house and an actual bedroom with a real bed. A havve. Shared. He loved it. Loved the daily smell of her hair and her skin and the warmth of the blankets. Space had been so cold. He could tell it was morning because of the filtered light coming in through the window and he could hear the scritching and rattling of Grogu in the next room.

Destructive little green rat. He smiled at the thought.

But only so much could be broken and the mornings would only be so calm for so much longer so he let himself move slow. He stretched his legs. Reached out his arms. They landed gently on Sor'el and he let them cascade over her, taking inventory. Under the sheets she wore just a thin silk nightdress. She was sleeping on her side and he danced his fingertips over the curve of her hip, up her waist, gently pushed her hair aside and kissed the caves of her neck. This made her arch against him and it was starting to wake him up. He spread his hand out as large as he could and rested it on her stomach, a measuring stick.

Outpacing my grasp. He smiled and gently squeezed the rounding mound.

In response he felt the little tap tap tap back.

It was a new sensation, the baby had only started doing it in the last few weeks, but it was an alert little thing and never failed to respond to him.

He had been dragging his feet in getting a crib. He wanted the family all together, here, where he could tell where they were from the warmth radiating off their skin and the gentle sound of their breathing. The havve was meant to be shared.

Mandalorians were, generally, accepting lots and they accepted him for many reasons. The questions they asked had no edge to them, but one kept coming up.

Will it have wings, you think?

He shrugged.

He had rooted though armies and hells to bring it to its homeworld.

He had built a house.

A havve.

It wasn’t really about the wings– having them or not.

It would fly. Fly among stars and planets and great leaders from great places….it would fly as far as it cared to or dared to and he would be right there to help it.

Wings or no wings.
