Tim and Dick have random hookups - Tim is fully in love with Dick but Dick is stuck on the stigma of dating someone so much younger than him and won't commit. (He worries about ruining Tim's reputation.)
Tim and Jason start hooking up too in an adrenaline fueled post fight bang. Jason tries to ask Tim for more but Tim insists they need to have an open relationship (because he can't admit that he can't give up Dick.)
Hurt over Tim's inability to commit, Jason tells Dick he's seeing a new guy that treats him like a dirty secret. Dick takes the opportunity to hook up with Jason, thinking he'll be able to treat him better than some mystery jerk off.
Later Dick tells Tim he's been hooking up with someone new and Tim is so hurt by Dick's happiness with someone else that he cuts him off completely.
Tim goes to Jason now wanting a fully committed relationship but Jason is quietly conflicted because now he doesn't want to give up Dick.
Dick is hurt that Tim's cut him off for good and complains to Jason that he's been secretly dating someone too young and Jason starts to suspect.
Something, something, more drama and Jason figures it out and trusses up one of them and then invites the other over to resolve the situation and they all fuck about it.

“Tim.”
Tim froze, like a jolt of electricity running down his spine, eyes locked with Dick’s electric blue. He was trying to trying to process the name—his name.
He couldn’t remember the last time had called him by that name. It was his name, yes, but he didn’t use it. Tim had died years ago, peeling away to leave only Shrike. But coming from Dick’s lips, his eyes are hot, the breath catching in his chest.
“What?”
Dick’s eyes are soft and fond, “I called you Tim,” he repeats slowly sending the same jolt through his body. “Or is there something else you want me to call you? Timothy, maybe? It’s your legal name. Timmers? Timbo?”
His breath hitches painful in his chest and it feels like he can’t breath. A finger stripeless hand reaches out to brush his knee, and Tim flinches. Dick frowns and retreats back into his own space
“Why are you calling me that?” There was a panicked edge to his voice, hoarse with emotion.
“Because it’s you.”
