Today’s workout kinda went like this lol .. There’s not much to say about it other than I did what I could. I got my heart rate up, broke a sweat and didn’t quit and guess what, I’m completely fine with that!

A Minor Scare
On Wednesday, Z sent me a Facebook message that said that one of his coworkers, I, walked out. He thought that I had quit. Fortunately, I just left early to do something for his wife, and he's not quitting. Which is good, because I need I to help with the truck in the mornings when Joe from Produce isn't in.
