I'M BACK! Super Quick Update
So I know I've been gone for waaaaaaay too long, but I'm on my 2015 ish and trying to get my ish back together.
This year's journeys include weight loss, hair growth and personal accomplishment! YAAAAY!
Weight Loss: I'll be doing the MateFit 14 Day Detox very soon [in about 2 weeks]. I'll also be using Gel-V, which is a weight loss gel. I'll do reviews on both. I also joined a project on DietBet where you bet $25 on yourself to lose 4% of your body weight. Winners split the pool, which is already at $13,000! Message me with your name and email for an invitation. I'll be going to the gym 3-4 times a week.The schedule for now:
Tuesday - Cardio/Abs/Inner Thighs [30-60 minutes]
Wednesday - Cardio/Upper and Lower [30-60 minutes cardio; 60-120 minutes weight training]
Thursday - Cardio/Waist/Booty [30-60 minutes]
Friday - Cardio/Upper and Lower [30-60 minutes cardio; 60-120 minutes weight training]
Hair Growth: My newest hair protection strategy is WIGS! I bought one and I love the ease of leaving in the morning. I'll be wearing a wig at least 3 weeks per month. I'll also jump back on the inversion method. I'll be reviewing the wigs and updating on my length.
Personal Accomplishments: I've been struggling with anxiety and self esteem issues and I'm tired of it quite frankly. Along with my hair and weight, I'll be doing some other things to boost myself. This will include [but not limited to]:
The rebirth of my writing
Thanking God everyday for something
Changing my surroundings for the better
The list goes on! I don't have any particular strategies, I'll just be taking it one day at a time [see, less rushing :)].
