I’ve been spending a fortune on food during a lockdown and my groceries went up to RM250 a week (WTF?) so a reckon my week 2 should be about budget eats. while i still have some salmon in the fridge which i will figure out how to fix the price into cheap eats.
the high carbs was because my housemate made some cake and asked me to try... and i did. so tomorrow it’s big burning and calorie cutting day.
