These chewy paleo almond cookies are made with almond flour, maple syrup, and coconut oil. They're vegan-friendly and perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings without straying from your dietary preferences.
Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp baking soda.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Put almond flour, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, salt, and baking soda in a large bowl. Mix until everything is well mixed and a dough forms. Place tablespoon-sized chunks of dough about an inch apart on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. With the back of a spoon or your fingers, make each ball a little flatter. When the edges are golden brown, it's done baking. Take it out of the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet. Then, move it to a wire rack to finish cooling.
