I made an Aesthetic Collage for my Danny Program AU last night. It took a while to put together but it looks pretty dang cool if you ask me. Might not be totally perfect but I did my best!

Then we, 100+ people strong, marched through downtown. We circled back to Verizon three times where we passed the mic to express our deepest feelings about saving the net.

For the heck of it I decided to draw a full version of this outfit with some slight changes and put it on Daniel since it seems the most fitting. The original drawing was called “PhantoMatrix” after all! And I mean, come on, who doesn’t love a good trench coat?

Couldn’t find a gif to portray this idea but, basically Daniel has been working on creating a new digital home for himself inside Vlad’s computer using some construction simulation software. And he’s got a few surprises for his father once he’s finished!

12/07/17. National Day of Action to Save the Internet!

In Palo Alto, CA the Raging Grannies organized!

We started at the sculpture in Lytton Plaza with a short “Save the Egg” demonstration. We are trying to save the sculpture Digital DNA.  The issue is intertwined with saving the internet. No censorship of political art/no censorship of the internet! We marched across the street to Verizon where we spilled out onto the street. Grannies organized the Palo Alto location and with help on publicity from the Electronics Frontier Foundation we drew a crowd of more than 100. 

We marched up and down University Ave in downtown Palo Alto chanting all the way! Great chants supplied by Team Internet.
