On page 142, Frisk makes a promise.
On page 143, Chara leaves Frisk on a cliffhanger.
Truth be told, I originally set up this scene so that only Dogaressa was awake, and had a line about waking Dogamy up before leaving (he was sleeping in the guard’s quarters inside). However, I found that it cluttered up the page and was threatening to take up more than one panel, and I wanted the exchange to be more concise so I simplified it. Now both dogs are awake and very sleep deprived.
