Dinosaur, Roomba, Taco, Parachute

My favorite room in my entire house is the bedroom we’ve been decorating to be my future son’s room. With dinosaur wallpaper with the dinos falling from the sky in light blue parachutes and a light green background, the room is cozy and warm. Snacking on a taco while I watch my husband putting furniture into the room, I laugh out at a joke he tells me.

“You are such a loser,” I say affectionately. He watches our roomba slip into the room and attempt to clean up the mess we’ve created but it soon loses its battle and dies.

“I happen to be very cool,” he tuts at me, causing me to grin in amusement.

“Only losers have to claim their coolness,” I point out, to which he scoffs but says nothing else. I finish my snack and stand to help him but he sits me back down.

“Pregnant women get to watch. No heavy lifting, remember.” I huff but do as told, watching him as he shuffles around the room, placing furniture here and there. We already bought our son’s toddler bed as well as his crib. He’s gonna be one prepared baby.
