Warping the Timeline
It's time for the moment you've been waiting for!
So, the Batch 3 activation is going smoothly...until they reach The Henry Stickmin Collection.

Grid Studio
Director K looks over the shoulder of the Agent assigned to that server, eyes widening behind his mask when he sees the screen rapidly alternating between Endings, "Oh, that can't be good."

Center for Chaos Containment HQ
In the Center for Chaos Containment, it's pure...well, you know. Not only have Memes started appearing from seemingly nowhere, but reality itself seems to be switching between a certain collection of Timelines every few seconds. Thankfully due to which Timelines are in that collection it's having minimal effects on society as a whole, for now, but the damage it could cause to the space-time continuum would be apocalyptic if nothing is done.
Eventually they manage to identify both what-or rather who-the anomalies are centered around (It's Henry, of course it's Henry) and the actual cause. While they aren't able to completely halt the random timeline jumps they are able to drastically lower their frequency.
Though, the particular method employed has...side effects.
Namely a pulse of Temporal Energy that spreads across the digital multiverse.

Dimmsdale
Timmy stares at the UFO that just appeared with that wave of pure Time Magic and crashed into the house across the street, "they are never selling that place, are they?"
---
Showgrounds
The kids are once again messing with E. Gadd's age changing ray, so when Lily and Elanore change into their Dim Quadrants designs due to the Time Pulse they're reverted by a stray shot moments later.

Bellwood
Humungousaur vs a T-rex. That is all.

Black Comet
The being now known as Mephelbi is off in some dark corner, brooding as usual, when the pulse washes over them. While there are effects on the Comet's various inhabitants, that means even less to him than it normally would.
Because all of a sudden, he has just so slightly more than the mere echo of the Power he once had.
He pauses the world for a few seconds, merely to revel in the fact that he can again, and for the first time in this Timeline the Mind of Solaris feels some dark, twisted facsimile of hope.
The resulting evil laugh causes 30 psychic damage to every telepath within 500 meters.

Dark Meta Knight hears a great cacophony beyond That Door, followed by a horrified shriek, and looks through to find a near-catatonic Effi surrounded by broken glass. Every single Mirror is cracked, a few of them shattered entirely, and all of the Mirror Sprites are glitching, trapped in place. He takes a few moments to come to terms with the situation, considers the options available to him, then nods decisively.
"I'll go grab a broom."
