Sorry if you already answered this; but does Vox have any delusions about being able to return to Heaven after he starts up as an Overlord? Or has he basically given up on that/lost interest by then

Sometimes he wants to - but the desire goes away the longer he stays in Hell and the more power he gains. When he starts taking souls he knows that he's probably never going to go back since he doesn't know what caused him to Fall in the first place and taking souls is just... bad. Not even he can deny that.

He's also just mad at Heaven. Thinks they're all idiots because how the hell do you not know what gets someone in there? So any thoughts of trying to go back - he shuts down himself. Fuck Heaven.

He misses how easy it was, sometimes. How agreeable everyone was. But then, in Hell, he can make people agreeable and that's kinda fun. Kinda dangerous and exciting if he does it to the wrong person.

He still doesn't like Hell so he mostly stays indoors. He likes Val and Velvette a lot, though. He wouldn't really want to leave Hell without them.

By the time he's a well-established Overlord, he accepts Heaven will forever be out of his reach.

So Stolas has a mark on his back, AND has sung a song to his daughter that "when I'm gone, you'll be okay." Stolas is waving SO many friggin death flags right now, and I am terrified. (Not to mention, if your theory is correct and Striker turns on the entire Stolas family, Stolas may sacrifice himself to protect his daughter)

Right now, the vibes I'm getting both from the show and from folks involved in the show makes me feel like they're aiming toward a Stolas/Blitzo endgame, which would be scuttled if Stolas died.

So his lullaby didn't strike me as foreshadowing his death so much as hinting at some suicidal ideation—he's got another line in the song and a comment later on in the episode hinting at the same thing—so I'm guessing that exploring these hints of depression and moving him to a healthier mental place is a more likely plot arc than killing him.

Like, even if it's heart wrenching, there's usually not much narratively satisfying about taking a lowkey depressed character and giving them a reason to die, you know? Unless the story is a tragedy or some hardcore angst, and that's not the energy of Helluva Boss.

So I think he'll want to die; I think he might TRY to die, probably for Octavia's sake; but I think he'll be saved. Like, both physically and emotionally.

Right now my tentative top theory is he's gonna be saved by Blitzo, followed by some kinda sappy dialogue like "Why did you save me, why do you care if I die?!" "You idiot, I've always cared! ... FUCK I can't believe I just said that."

arkh4mgh0st Yeah. After Ultron, his only personality trait became "In love with Wanda" and there was BARELY chemistry there arkh4mgh0st Outside of wandavision, the only way you could tell they liked each other was them telling us "they are togetber"

WHAT THE ACTUAL HECK, what is wrong with people??? I've been drawing Godzilla as fat ever since I entered the fandom; he's got a bit of pudge on him even in monster form! More of him to love! Also, seeing your Mothzilla cross my dash never fails to bring me joy. (And seeing as the director of KOTM, who is a huge Godzilla fan, is also very blatantly an avid Mothzilla shipper, who are people to say what taints a fandom??) Never stop doing what you love!!!!!

I know I’ve said it a lot but it really doesn’t make sense that people get upset at me about that aside from just. fatphobia. I’m just. very tired sjkfhksj

and I intend to keep drawing them no matter what people say, they bring me so much comfort and joy and I do love sharing the art I make of them with you folks. it’s just really hard sometimes. but I will carry on!! I appreciate the kindness!!

@directorhachi That’s a fun one.  I loved TLOU; it’s a shame I’m hearing such bad things about 2 that I’m avoiding it altogether.  I was really looking forward to that one because of how good the first one was.
