Hey kiddos, big bro is suffering pretty terribly from chronic pain today. Could barely get out of bed, cant really lift my arms much. I see all the lovely asks you send me, and I appreciate all this interaction from this community. Y'all make me feel so loved.

Anyway, I might not be able to do much like reply and whatnot today just cuz the pain is so bad. I hope you kids enjoy your Sunday, mine is gonna involve a lot of bedrest

Living my entire life unsupported and being a supporter/caregiver the whole time is a special skill that has left me so burnt out and so ashamed of my disabilities. I miss being as helpful as I used to be, especially because it's just a normal expectation to have now that I'm actually an adult

hii so I am a regressor but also started to be a cg some days ago (I'm a mama now) and I am scared not to be able to take care of my kiddo correctly, specially if I'm regressed when he needs me, but just in general. Any advice as a big brother?

Honestly, remember that you're a regressor at the end of the day. You're not a REAL mama, the same way I'm not these kiddos REAL brother. There is less of a responsibility to "grow up" and take care of someone when you remember that you yourself deserve that kind of care too. Kiddos also understand these boundaries, and making it clear that you can't always be a cg is very important!!

I wish you luck new mama! Being a cg is hard, been doing it my whole life, but it's rewarding too

Thank you, I appreciate it a lot. Still feeling unwell today but I'm a caregiver so I gotta do caregiver stuff still. Trying to muster up the energy to make any breakfast, even just reheating food seems hard right now. I'm definitely doing my best tho
