I will post the link on Monday, but you can also already find the link on @rememberingwildlife website too. #repost ‘Really thrilled that along with our editorial team, our amazing judges this year are current Wildlife Photographer of the Year @marselvanoosten and multi-award winning @janvandergreef ! So whether you are a National Geographic contributor, photo safari tour leader, award-winner in other contests, an instagram influencer, an enthusiastic semi-pro or someone who simply took a great picture on safari - we want the chance to see your lion pictures! We know there are literally thousands of wonderful lion pictures out there, so this is our way to ensure democratically that anyone who wants to offer their images and wants us to consider theirs for the book, has an opportunity to put it in front of our judges. The winning pictures appear within the run of pages in the book driven by the design asthetics, not in a separate section. They are not marked competition winners. We are looking for beautiful pictures that will look stunning in the book but also would look great as prints in the exhibition too. We want a variety of behaviours, locations, sub-species in the book, so think about entering pictures that might stand out from the crowd too. The cost is £10 for the first image and then £5 for each additional image submitted. All profits from the contest after the cost of building and hosting the platform are added to the cause, so by entering you are also contributing to lions too.
