sweetest romantic memory?
mmmm... oh!! there was this one night my (now boyfriend 💖) and i stayed up late, on call, playing acnl? i was sitting in my closet so i wouldnt wake my family with how much i was laughing hjgjfh and just. i dont know to explain it, but it felt so incredibly tender and familiar and right that i started wondering just what my love for him was? like. we were just being stupid together — failing miserably at the same island tours, whacking the villagers we wanted to leave with a shovel, cracking jokes that spun out of control in a second and would be incomprehensible to an outsider — and i knew i loved him. he was my best friend!! i loved him truly, deeply, and effortlessly — i knew that. but all i could think abt was.. how i wanted to hear him laugh again? even as i was burying pit fall seeds for him to fall into i just hfkkgdh wanted him to feel happy, loved, and important. and i remember, after we said good night and hung up, id just laid in bed. staring at the ceiling. wondering how id gotten so lucky
