April PAD Day 20-Disproof
standing here
is proof enough
that I won’t leave
reaching out
grab my hand and have faith
I will catch you if you fall

Fun Fact #2 "Fossils Reject Evolution"
“The story of the fossils agrees with the account in Genesis. In the oldest rocks we did not find a series of fossils covering the gradual changes from the most primitive creatures to developed forms, but rather, in the oldest rocks, developed species suddenly appeared. Between every species there was a complete absence* of intermediate fossils.” D.B. Gower (biochemist)
</i>Evolutionist John Reader- “Ever since Darwin’s work…preconceptions have led evolution by the nose.”
Can God Be Disproven?
Short answer: yes.
Long answer: sometimes. Many Gods are given traits which are self-contradictory, resulting in an impossible deity. For example, a deterministic God with the three typical Omni-traits (omniscience, omnipotence, omnibenevolence) would be essentially disproven by Epicurus, though free will would deal with the issue in many other cases. The basic traits assigned to many Gods, especially those of the Abrahamic religions, do contradict themselves. An omniscient, omnibenevolent Creator (note that I do not say omnipotence), as discussed on the above link, those traits are contradictory. Other deities, polytheistic gods especially, it can be much harder to disprove as there are few explicit traits; they're much harder to disprove, and possibly slightly harder to prove. Still, there's one question which seems to be a flaw in many belief systems: the question of motive, though that'll be a later post (or an Ask, if you're really curious).
