Chipotle field roast sausage, green beans, peas, peppers, and onion simmered with strained tomatoes and spices (garlic powder, salt, pepper, cayenne) served on brown rice.

Sorry that I've neglected this blog for 2 weeks!  I relaly should update more often, even if I don't write super long entries each time.  Quick things:  went to Paris again (3 weekends ago), and just chilled for a bit.  Once winter vacation starts next week, it's off to Italy for me, HoneyB, and Georgia girl!

I thought I would post a picture of the dinner that me and the WisconTwins made this weekend.  Pasta & pesto, with stir-fry vegetables.  So simple, and so delish.  Night!
