Enjoy the perfect cold brew coffee that is simple to make at home and feels great. You can add your favorite creamers and sweeteners to this cold brew recipe to make a smooth and rich coffee concentrate. It's the perfect pick-me-up for summer days or whenever you need a caffeine boost.
Ingredients: 1 cup coarsely ground coffee beans. 4 cups cold filtered water. Ice cubes optional. Sweetener and creamer optional.
Instructions: Pour cold filtered water into a large jar or pitcher and add the coarsely ground coffee beans. Make sure all the coffee grounds are wet by stirring the mixture until it is well mixed. Let it steep in the fridge for at least 12 hours or overnight. Cover the jar or pitcher. Pour the cold brew concentrate into a different container through a fine-mesh sieve or coffee filter after letting it steep. This will get rid of the coffee grounds. If you want, you can serve the cold brew coffee over ice cubes and add sweetener and creamer to taste. Have fun with your cold brew coffee! Note: Any cold brew concentrate that you have left over can be kept in the fridge for up to two weeks.
