I need some help here

Does anyone have a vague summary of the DN2 routes, or at least the traveling companions for each one? I remember the big plot points but some of it has slipped my mind, and there aren’t any videos of the routes anymore

I need to know this so I can make my DN2 story as accurate as possible, since it’s basically the same story but with some of my own ideas too/Ar Tonelico elements.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I wrote a short story and decided to share it, I hope you like it?

Starting info: Ran is considered a “Demon Child” in his village because his left eye is gray while his right eye is gray/silver/blue (?)

Being confronted by a villager, the group stops walking towards their destination.

“Why have you brought the demon child back to the Winter Village?!” the man exclaimed, pointing at Ran, who steps forward and away from the rest of the group.

Ran walks to the side of the road adjacent to the villager, attempting to walk past him.

Until a stone hits his head. He sighs, sinking deeper into his thoughts.

Sinking deeper into his despair.

“What the hell is wrong with you?!”

Anna’s sudden outburst startles him out of his silent wallowing. He blinks and faces towards them, expecting her rage to be directed towards him.

“Ran hasn’t done anything wrong to warrant you throwing a fucking stone at him!”

But it wasn’t.

“He’s a demon child! He’s going to bring us misfortune-”

“Bullshit! Ran was never a demon child, nor will he ever be one!”

Her anger was directed at the stranger beside him.

“Anna, calm down. I’m used to it-” he tried persuading her, only to be cut off.

“There’s no way in hell I’m going to calm down!” she snaps back.

Seeing as she had his full attention, she continues “They don’t know you. The real you. They haven’t been on this journey with you, they haven’t nearly died with you. They don’t get to say shit about you. You decide who you are, not them.”

Glancing back at their friends, she lets her facade break, showing her true emotions.

“But we know you- I know you. You’re not the demon child the say you to be. You’re Ran, one of the most amazing people I know.”

“Anna. . .” Ran looks at her, feeling the weight of the emotions she was trying to convey.

“That’s why- Ran, look out!”

Looking to the side, Ran sees the man fire off an ice attack with their magic, dozens of shards heading for his chest-

And suddenly he’s on the ground, looking at the man’s terrified expression; looking at the person hit by the attack.

Looking at Anna.

Their friends spring into action, lunging and disarming the man as he himself runs towards the red-haired girl’s fallen form.

Taking her into his arms, he notices a horrifying fact- patches of frost were forming on her skin.

“Ran. . ?” a feeble voice causes him to look down.

“Anna, what the hell?!” tears fall from his eyes, landing and freezing on the frost formed on her cheeks.

“I can’t see you. . . I can’t see anything. . . Where are you. . ?”

“I’m right here, I’m holding onto you,” his tears were falling even faster now. “Why did you do that?”

“Because,” her voice was a bit louder, easier to hear. “ I need you to know. . .”

“You’re one of the most amazing people I know,” bringing her freezing hand to his cheek, she smiles as she wipes some of his tears, Ran holding her hand the entire time.

Ran can hear Ayame crying behind him, Fuyukiku comforting her.

He can hear Kikyo, Rindoh, Kaito, and even Joshua herself yelling at the man.

“That’s why I love you.”

But he can only grip Anna’s hand tighter as it goes limp.

I'm ready to commit

Like, solmare isn't perfect by any means but this is just way too far, if you want to play any of these after the termination (on iOS at least) you'll probably have to resort to using Story Jar.

You know,

THE APP THAT MAKES YOU PAY FOR EVERYTHING.

It's such a money hungry move to take and it really disappoints me since I've been playing their games for so long, especially since all my favorite titles are on this list.

At least it doesn't go into effect until March so maybe if we throw a big enough fit they'll find a better way to deal with this??? It doesn't say anything about putting them on Dear Otome but I would hope they'd at least consider that so people don't lose their progress.
