Let's face it, a dungeon is no place to find love, which is why L'amour the Lemur is putting on a special Valentine's Day event where adventures can win the greatest treasure of all....a potion rumored to guarantee an individual will find true love within the year!

In our latest installment in our series of cozy down time one-shots players who have faced the worst creatures in the world must now face the nerve wracking excitement and terror of the fantasy dating pool!

One-Shot Story & Rules: Core materials provided for the speed dating event, including a 'Rapport Score' mechanic.

Backstory: Prompting the start of the event with some information on L'amour the Lemur's dating events and the prize that awaits the one deemed most beloved...

NPCs: 4 Swoonable NPCs which include notes on their Background, Character, and Ice Breaker Questions.

IRL Tasks: 5 optional IRL tasks to enhance your scores.

Map: Detailed map of speed dating event space (just in case players decided to engage in a lover's quarrel)

Beautiful Art: Of a beautiful Orc on the hunt for love (and more to come)

Game Time 2-4hrs: Play time will vary from table to table and will be naturally extended by your number of players

Heyoooo i just wanted to share this cool Kickstarter going on since I know there's some dnd people that follow me!

It's a magical girl themed ttrpg!!! I thought it looked neat!! Its by @/allisonkcole on twitter, its LGBTQ+ inclusive, and its loaded with school life and magical girl life shenanigans!

They're still trying to reach their goal tho, so if you're interested in a fun campaign setting I would 10/10 check it out!

okay so i usually never shill BUT THIS IS REALLY, REALLY IMPORTANT TO ME

i’m doing the art for a D&D kickstarter with a friend, and said friend is actually a member of the roll20 team!  if we can raise $500, he’ll be creating a PDF and physical copy of a set of 5e wizard spells he’s made, and i’ll be drawing artwork for the cover (and, if we can get to a stretch goal, I’ll be drawing some illustrations of the spells!)

in order to try and fund it for the last 34 hours (there’s only 34 hours left!), i'm going to charge half off my ko-fi commissions because i really need this kickstarter done!  i'll do the ko-fis while on vacation!

Update 1: Update 1: The Class Skeleton · The Alchemist: A 5th Edition Class

Wow, we're over halfway there already! Thank you so much to those of you who've contributed, by funds or by spreading the word. I wanted to give you guys more info on the class's features!Alchemists are support and control focused. The Alchemist's list of mechanics make them best suited for inflicting ailments on the enemy and applying positive status effects to their allies. They also specializes in creating environmental hazards. The Alchemist has a budget of alchemical items he can use, and they are ranked.The Alchemist chooses what items he creates once he completes a long rest. These items are tiered 1-3, and deduct a number of points from his budget equal to their tier in this ultra-simplified system. The budget equals the Alchemist's level to begin with. Tier 1 alchemy is available from the get-go, while Tier 2 and 3 alchemy are learned at levels 5 and 9, respectively. Alchemy is split into 2 groups: Potions and Munitions.Potions are items which provide various status effects after being consumed, whereas Munitions manipulate the outside world. Likewise, the Alchemist currently has two paths of progression, or archetypes that correspond to these concepts.Alchemists are half-progression spellcasters, and have a unique list of spells.Seeing as though Munitions support a very active playstyle and Potions support a more passive playstyle, there needed to be a mechanic separate from Alchemy which helped balance out either style's weakness. Spellcasting was the obvious choice, and the list of spells they have access to will be curated. An Alchemist who spends his time lobbing munitions across the battlefield may cast spells on themselves or their allies in preparation. Conversely, an Alchemist who divvies out potions to their allies before or during a battle can spend their actions casting spells.

An update on the Alchemist class! We’re two thirds of the way there to close out our first day, not bad as far as I’m concerned! There’s still plenty of time to donate, and seeing as I had one very generous donor in particular, I’m hoping to soon add a higher tier reward.
