the only charden shit I came up with today was this:

They do this thing called “dog time” where Dennis drives and Charlie sticks his head out the window, lolling to the side, clouds and streets and people bleeding past. Charlie’s favorite is when it’s hot out and the A/C is on and he can feel the cool air like a breeze coming from within. Like standing in front of a refrigerator in a hot room. Sometimes Dennis puts his hand on Charlie’s thigh, just rests it there like he’s trying to keep him from falling out the window. Or maybe it’s just an excuse to touch him without thinking about it too hard. Could be either, knowing Dennis. Could be both.

No worries! Thanks for asking about her! Peaches is doing just fine, I've been posting pictures of her to bluesky. there are pictures of cooking and I chat more there, too.

She's 4 years old and all her puppy energy is gone XD
