I finally got JLY 11, who I've wanted for the last 26 years! I named her Tammy when I was like 8 years old and assumed I'd be getting her for Christmas lol I did have a CYO with medium skin, straight black hair, and the Addy mold who I tried to use as a stand-in, but I never bonded with that Tammy and decided to sell her this month.

This 11 was a fixer upper. The seller re-wigged her because she was victim to a bad hair cut, but honestly I'm kind of loving this wig better than her original wig. I have JLY 4 who she would have shared an original wig with, and her huge bangs drives me bonkers sometimes.

I'm over the moon and so glad that I took the plunge and bought her when I saw her. she will always be treasured.

I got some doll mail last night and we’ll I got my 1st ever Novi Stars doll

(Also got a shadow high doll) I have to unbox them once my display cases for all my dolls comes in

Wow, a dream come true! Her box was a little bent up, but Luci seems in perfect condition (though I think her eyes are the plastic, slightly downcast kind)

New arrivals!

They all have PC neck stamps. Unsure on the age of the historic girlies, but the JLY #4 is clearly a 2000-2001 release based on the box and meet outfit.

Kirsten needs a new wig because her hair has been trimmed and is too short for hair loopies.

Josefina's hair is very dry and frizzy, so I'm going to try to see about restoring it.

I'm giving the Molly to my mom because I don't need her seeing as I've already got my childhood Molly. Mom sews for them and currently only has one doll to model clothes since I took my girls home.

Kaya has a replacement belt and shoes in transit. She's got a white scuff on her cheek that I need to clean off. She came in factory braids, but they were in rough shape, so I redid them. Her hair is in perfect condition because it's never been taken down and allowed to tangle.

I'm naming the JLY #4 Nozomi Sato. She came with her blank meet book and writing guide, and some mini grin pins.
