Does anyone have any experience with Hasbro Customer Service?
I finally got my hands on a Captain Marvel doll to go with my Marvel Rising dolls after three failed order pickups at three different Targets. The fourth Target that I was finally able to get her at was out of my way but I was excited, so I went ahead and got her. When I opened her up, I found she had a defective thigh joint. 😓
I don't know if I should just return her and wait for them to come out at my local Target or if I should reach out to Hasbro?
I'm sure I can mod it to work correctly, but the way the Marvel Dolls thigh mechanism is made makes them hard to fix, and since I have not had to do it before, I may break the leg in the process. 🙄
Also, and just my two cents, I HATE the fabrics they used for this doll, they feel like cheap store-bought Halloween costume fabric. I haven't ever really liked the fabric Hasbro has used on their other dolls, but it has never been this bad. The fabric is so bad, it makes it hard to take clothes on and off the doll. And while the body is articulated on the $25 doll, and the boots are nice, the terrible fabric quality really makes the doll not worth the money...
The $12 Wonder Woman Mattel Dolls were made better than this... And that is really saying something... 😤
