Actually I already have names picked, I just need to decide which is which.

And actually it's kinda one doll. With two heads.

This is Genevieve and Clementine. I came up with the names when I first got them five years ago, but I don't remember if I ever decided which one was which. I feel like I did but I don't seem to have written it down.

So I need to decide now.

Please don't use the hats they're wearing or anything to decide which name you think fits which one. They need a whole wardrobe update lol. Please pick based on which face, or vibes, you think fits best.

Fun Fact! These girls were made by the same artist as my vampire son, Adrian! I didn't know who his artist was until I randomly found these girls for sale on facebook and I recognized the style, so it was pretty obvious they were made by the same person.

Not to be bitter about my family members but

My grandma loved dolls, so when my mom and I started collecting Reborn Dolls (expensive custom dolls, as well as a few collector level ones that weren't custom), we bought some for my grandma.

It was always agreed between us and my grandma that we would get the dolls back when she could no longer keep them (in the event of her death).

Well. She died. Obviously.

And apparently some family members wanted to take the dolls to give to the great-grandchildren.

These are $100+ collector dolls. They wanted to hand them off to children. When it was very clearly agreed (my grandma made sure everyone knew) that the dolls were always going to be returned to us.

Apparently there was some upset among family members about this. When it literally had nothing to do with them. Some of the dolls weren't even officially my grandmas. I gave her some out of my personal collection because she loved them so much. In fact, I think *officially*, none of the dolls "belonged" to my grandma. They were all my mom's that she let grandma hold on to.

Anyways, thank goodness for my lovely aunt. She made sure the dolls were safe when it came time for items to be distributed. My grandmother was living with her at the time of her death, so the dolls were safely in my aunt's care.

And now it feels like we still have a part of my grandma here. She loved those dolls. She cuddled with those dolls. And now we can continue to love them in her stead.

Anyways, just makes me angry thinking about how entitled my other family members were. My grandma made it clear to everyone what items of hers were going to who in the event of her death and she always made sure everyone knew the dolls were ours. The audacity of them to argue against my grandma's wishes.

... then again, these are the same people that completely ruined her funeral so I can't say I'm surprised.

So fuck them. I hope they constantly stub their stupid toes.

byul cocotte in toy parade!! she was a gift from one of our lolita friends; she used to live in our living room but lancelot found her far too exciting! toy parade was one of haz’s dream prints (was because we do have a toy parade now!), she is a very good doll! some people might struggle with having her watch them sleep i guess gvgchg

altogether we have three pullips; a care bears collab girl, cocotte and the dal hinaichigo from rozen maiden which is an incredibly nostalgic old fave animanga of mine! mostly our (my) dolls are monster high! haz usually is more of a vintage toy collector!
