There is the donation of organs on which life depends, and there is the donation of organs on which life does not depend.

The rights of the fetus do not outweigh the rights of the mother. You can not take life saving organs from the dead without their consent. You can not force a woman to carry a fetus, even if aborting it kills it.

The right to life trumps the right to... everything.

And to be honest, I personally believe that the dead shouldn't be in control of their body unless their religion dictates some sort of death ritual. I genuinely think it's selfish to actively refuse to donate your organs to the sick. 

And there is no such thing as forcing a woman to carry a foetus. There is NO ZILCH KEIN force in saying to a woman "I am not aborting your baby".
