So getting a lot of asks about the situation. I survived the operation, but the brain tumor is still there. As of today, I have given up in finding answers.

Am going to receive shots to help blood but there's no guarantee. Again, not going to search for answers. Not that I don't care but because I am TIRED. I've been fighting for a little five years with this and health has just gone down hill. Recently found out I have rib damage from an attack and "floating rib syndrome". Where there isn't enough cartilage for the ribs to stay in place.

I am tired of fighting, I'm tired of it all. Still gonna be as active as I can be, but as far as health, I'm not fighting anymore. Whatever happens, happens

so, my long awaited hysterectomy is less than a week away. I've waited over 10 years for this. been fighting for it even before I knew I was trans. I've had to fail several types of birth control before I could get here.

I've dealt with abnormal bleeding, anemia, severe cramping and pelvic pain. My menstrual cycle fucks with all of my other chronic health conditions.

I have had to fight with and argue with doctors for years. I begged for this. But I always got the, "But you're so young!" "What if you want kids someday?"

I'm in extreme pain. I'm multiply disabled and can barely take care of myself let alone a child. I have no plans of having children of my own.

I finally got a gynecologist who listened to me. who right away heard me and said I could get a hysterectomy. that with all my past medical history, it's covered. No mental health letters, no more fighting. My insurance is covering it for medical reasons, not gender reasons.

I'm so tired. But i'm glad I don't have to fight quite so hard anymore. Plus, I have people who are willing to go to bat for me now if things go sideways.

If y'all are the praying type, please keep me in your prayers. I had to go off my rheumatoid arthritis meds for this surgery so I'm a bit sore and tired. and please also pray that it goes well and without complications.
