The Bright Sword really said you can't bring back the past. You can try and try and try but all you can do is keep marching forward no matter how tired you are. Arthur isn't coming back. Rome isn't coming back. God isn't coming back. It really said God isn't the answer. King Arthur isn't the answer. The answer is you. The answer is us. If you wait for another sword in the stone you will be waiting forever. It really said you have to forgive yourself for what other people did to you. It's their shame, not yours. You've been whole all along and never seen it because you've been waiting for King Arthur to fix you. You've been waiting for God. You have to split the stone. You have to because there is only you. It really said humanity keeps reaching and reaching and reaching for an unreachable ideal and impossible standards. It really said King Arthur keeps coming back over and over again but not in the way you think. It really said if we are meant for a bright world why do we live in such a dark one?
