So the new hire at work has orientation with me next weekend. I have worked at this facility for 3 years. I have worked as a nurse in this facility for 6 months. I am going to the #1 state ranked school of nursing in the state that is accredited at the National Level and I am 21.
This new guy is 26, and was a Marine, but went to a tech school that trains you in 6 months with no Clinical experience. He has had his license for a year but has not worked as a nurse.. And he has the balls to tell my co-worker "So technically I should be orienting her" because he has had his license 6 months longer than I have.
OH MY FUCK. I will eat you up and spit you out. I don't give a flying FUCK that you were a Marine. These are MY patients. These are MY co-workers. This is MY home. I will fucking destroy you. You haven't seen my bitch side yet but oh you will.
