Thought….
Stand up straight, don’t slouch, keep your shoulders back, tuck your hips under! We’ve all heard our Mothers say this to us as we passed through those ‘school age years.’
I don’t want to be like those many, older women who walk, bent over in the middle, or with a slight ‘list’ to one side. I don’t want to be like the ones who walk with more of a penguin like waddle/shuffle, having to keep a rolling gait going or they’ll grind to a stop. I want to walk with my head held high.
I want to walk like I have the strength and ability to do it properly! So…..
I’ll stand straight, won’t slouch, keep my shoulders back and tuck my hips under!!
