Breakfast is the best meal of the day!

Overnight oats, fruit, Greek yoghurt, flaxseed meal, homemade granola and a spoonful of peanut butter.

Does anyone appreciate when their date/partner does things like open the car door for them, or go out of their way to be sure they beat you to the door of a restaurant just so they can hold the door open for you anymore? Every time I've done this for someone, they laugh or look at me like I'm insane. Like, it's called being a gentleman.

I can remember all the lyrics to almost all the Beatles songs but I can’t remember where I put my glasses.....tried to put them on today and I was already wearing a pair!

It’s a dangerous thing, an old brain learning new tricks! More often than I should be admitting, when I’m reading, if I come across a word I want to look up, I hold my finger on it. This doesn’t work with a paper book! 😳

New Recipe:

Chicken Rissoles with Sweet Potato Mash

I never buy chicken mince so I used the salmon mince I had in the freezer and the only other tweak I made was to add capers to the mix. 

They were very good!
