I want to take today to uplift another local small business. @halseylewisbk is home to a lovely assortment of vinyl, as well as some great books and incense. And some vintage clothing makes an appearance too. It's run by some damn fine people, who really don't deserve this... They're being forcibly pushed out with only a week's notice to make room for a wine and pizza bar.... which is odd considering saraginas right on the opposite corner has some perfectly fine wine and pizza, but I digress... Let's all do what we can to help this shop find a new home in our beloved community. You can do this by swinging by over the weekend and making some purchases, or donating to this GoFundMe. Even stopping by to offer some encouraging words to support would be nice. What I love most about this neighborhood is that we really stick together and we look out for our own.
